New Year - New Vitality

Vitality is my word/intention for this new year - it will be one full of joy, new adventures,challenges met, creative juices flowing

I embrace 2011

Vitality defined:

- capacity for the continuation of a meaningful or purposeful existence
- power to live or grow: the vitality of a language.

- vital force or principle.

What it means to me.....

Vitality:

-passion, sparkle, stamina

-clean eating, vigorous fresh air walks, and energetic strength training

-focused intention, efficient and resourceful livelihood, entrepreneurship

-fearless explorations, abundant experiences, cultivation

-spirit lifting creativity, joie de vivre
